Delivery information	Prices include Worldwide postage and packing, for a limited time only. Your print will arrive gift wrapped in bespoke Printorium packaging, within a protective card tube. We ship worldwide, using UK and International Royal Mail. All deliveries will need to be signed for by the recipient. We aim to ship your order as soon as possible, but please allow up to 14 days. Returns policy	We hope that you are happy with your print/s. However, if you are not then please get in touch via email to orders@theprintorium.com within ten days of receipt to arrange a return. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible at orders@theprintorium.com. In order to give you an exchange or refund we will require you to return the damaged item to us within 10 days. A longer period may be agreed, at our discretion. It may be possible for us to arrange an early refund or exchange if you send a photograph to us identifying the damage. We will still require the original item to be returned to us. In most cases we expect that an exact replacement can be provided. However, in some cases, it may not be possible to provide an exact replacement. In that case, a refund or exchange will be offered. Please use a secure method of postage, so that the returned item can be traced. The item is entirely your responsibility until we receive it. If it gets lost, we will not provide a refund or replacement. Postage costs will not be refunded.
